Once you turn in the DI Worksheet, The Disability Case Design Team can shop the market and will provide carriers and recommendations. They will send you a quote (and forms if needed). Once the app is received, one of our team members will be in touch with you to confirm receipt and ask for any additional information, if needed.
Some Tips:
- The more information you fill out on the request form, the more accurate the quote.
- BOE is business overhead expense coverage. It is a product for business owners. You don’t need to fill that out if the client is not a business owner.
