David R. LaBricciosa, CPA, AEP®
President & CEO
David graduated from Villanova University with a degree in Accountancy. He began his career as a Senior Accountant at Deloitte & Touche. He then joined a Flagship Firm for New England Financial / METLIFE, where he focused on strategic practice development and team building and was the recipient of many of the industries’ most prestigious awards.
David’s outstanding achievements earned him a promotion to Managing Director of several MetLife offices. There he developed advisor teams, which led to a new holistic approach to financial services, resulting in a 68 percent growth in the agency’s top producers.
David then joined the Maryland Agency for Penn Mutual where he built Aspire Wealth Planners. There, his responsibilities included growing the firm through strategic teaming and business partnerships. After fortifying the local offerings and building the brand, he spearheaded the firm’s growth into the Delaware and D.C. metro marketplace.
In 2021, David proudly founded Visio Wealth Partners, where he continues to be passionate about providing unparalleled support and resources to Advisors so they can build wildly successful businesses and continue their client-centric focus.
Active in the community, David is heavily involved with local charities such as the Children’s Hope Foundation and the Andy Talley Bone Marrow Foundation, receiving several awards for his work. David and his wife Gina reside in Garnet Valley PA with their four children.
Sal comes to Visio Wealth Partners with over 20 years of experience in the Financial Services industry as a Business Manager. In this role, she supports the team in executing successful strategies for growth through project management and various responsibilities. Described as professional and dedicated, Sal takes seriously the quality-of-service financial professionals and their clients receive while contributing to a strong company culture of positivity and partnership. Over her career, she has been the recipient of numerous company awards in those areas as a positive culture contributor (2019), quality of service, and achievement (2016, 2004), along with other accolades.
Involved in the community, Sal continues to support many different charities, including the Andy Talley Bone Marrow Foundation.
Anthony M. Siciliano
Vice President of Firm Development
Anthony comes to Visio Wealth Partners with 15 years of experience as a commodities broker. Prior to joining Visio Wealth, Anthony served in the industry focusing on Life Insurance, Disability, Long Term Care, and Annuities. He started his career as a commodity floor broker for ten years on the New York Commodity Exchange, where he traded Gold and Silver futures. Anthony has a long track record of success both as an advisor and in management.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Anthony attended and graduated from Kingsborough Community College with a Business Degree. He currently resides in Middletown, DE, with his wife Paula. They have three children: Michael, Nicholas, and Anthony. During his time away from work, Anthony enjoys fishing, hunting, and softball.
Vice President of Firm Development
Chris has been training, mentoring, and coaching financial professionals for over 30 years. After graduating Yale University, Chris began his career as a broker and quickly moved to branch management. He has built new branch offices from scratch as well as led large regional organizations through a changing financial services industry.
Chris’ true strength lies in his partnering with both Financial Professionals and Teams to grow their businesses and improve their quality of life. Through advocacy and coaching Chris identifies inefficiencies, builds on opportunities, and helps professionals hold themselves accountable to their own goals and aspirations.
As a member of Visio Wealth’s Leadership Team, Chris is building our presence in the Washington D.C. marketplace. He also helps all of our advisers in their personal business plans and prepares teams to effectively grow their practice and support their clients to the highest levels.
Chris’ primary role in life is father to Maya and husband to Anu and has been living in Montgomery County, MD for the past 24 years.
Financial Advisor/Recruiting Coordinator
Rob graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2019. A Degree in Communications led to his pursuit of a career that would allow him to solve problems presented to him by his clients and lead to their overall betterment. He began a career in the Medical Device industry providing proper equipment and case planning to attending surgeons at their hospitals.
Rob holds his Life and Health Insurance license and is currently in pursuit of expanding his reach in the industry by achieving his various credentials. Rob lives in Philadelphia, PA. He enjoys exercising, film, and spending time traveling with friends and family.

Erik has over 20 years of experience with financial services and 15 years of experience working as executive coach for financial professionals. He has worked with large warehouse companies, independent registered investment advisor. Erik is the founder of On3 Strategies, an executive coaching and consulting company. On3 uniquely couples strategic coaching methodologies, practice management solutions, practice acquisition strategy, marketing tactics, business management and leadership solutions for independent financial planning practices or RIA.
As part of our advisor development facet, he will help us to work with you in taking your practice to the next level in every facet of operations: from processes and procedures to maximizing your technology.
President & CEO of KFS
Among the honors bestowed on Mr. Kaufman was the coveted Charles B. Palmer Award in 1998 – the highest industry award given by the New Castle County Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors for his industry and community service. In 2001 Mr. Kaufman was awarded the Douglas Bennetti Award for his contributions to the insurance industry in the State of Delaware. Also, Mr. Kaufman has been selected as an Honored Member in the National Directory of Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals of America.
Mr. Kaufman began his insurance career in 1961 as an agent for the Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Company of Newark, New Jersey. At that time, he formmed Kaufman Financial Services. Mr. Kaufman was first appointed General Agent and direct distributor for life and health insurance companies in 1965. In 2020, Mr. Kaufman celebrated his 59th year as a member of the Million Dollar Round Table, a conference of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). He has served NAIFA in numerous capacities, including Chairman of the group insurance subcommittee in 1975; and was charged to present Congressional testimony regarding potential taxation of Group Permanent Life Insurance. Mr. Kaufman is Past President of the New Castle County Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NCCAIFA) and was National Committeeman for the Delaware Association of Life Underwriters for 13 years. He is also President of the Delaware Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (DAIFA). He addresses various industry associations nationwide regarding sales and marketing of life and health insurance products, as well as agency management. Mr. Kaufman is an active member of the Estate Planning Council of Delaware.
In 1971, Mr. Kaufman served at the pleasure of the Insurance Commissioner for the State of Delaware as Chairman of the Life and Health segment of the re-codification of the State Insurance Regulations. For ten years, beginning in 1995, Mr. Kaufman served as a member of the Test Revision Committee for the State of Delaware Insurance Department.
Agency Administrative for KFS
Avis has spent almost two decades in the financial services industry. She has held both her Life and Health Insurance Licenses, as well as her 6 and 63 Securities Licenses. She has the kind and comprehensive grasp of processes and concepts that can only be the result of extensive experience working with clients, agents carriers, attorneys and accountants in prospecting, processing and implementation of products that best fit the needs of each of our individual clients and affiliates. Avis began her career in financial services industry with New York Life as an agent. While she was successful as an agent, she found that she preferred the “back room.” Customer service, logistics and process management were the areas in which she felt most comfortable. She moved to MetLife as a new Business Analyst and then served as a Senior Credit Analyst at Bank of America. Her last position prior to joining KFS was with PNC Bank as a Licensed Securities Agent and was primarily responsible for building a client base and servicing clients on a daily basis. Avis studied economics at American University. She lived in Venice, Italy for 17 years where she worked in the cruise industry. She speaks fluent Italian.
Avis is responsible for the management of our agent services and customer service departments. In addition, Avis is the primary interface for affiliated agents and agencies and can manage virtually any issue that might arise with clients, carriers and products. She is highly regarded by the underwriters, executives and RSMs and is extremely valuable in the underwriting process as well as prompt dissemination of information to ensure maximum efficiency. We are extremely fortunate to have her at KFS and look foward to her guidance and input as we build an even more dynamic team for our clients and affiliates.
